Massage Therapy is designed as a supportive tool to utilize alongside primary care. Massage Therapy is never a praxis wherein the practitioner can diagnose or prescribe. All inquiries and advice are general supportive suggestions that you may consult your primary care physician about to ensure safety & well being
Common Questions:
This practice is reserved for serious Massage Therapy inquiry only. Any sexual advances made via the client will automatically terminate the session. No refunds will be given.
A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation without charge. After 24 hours the practitioner has the right to charge the session amount agreed upon per booking. This is applicable to all no shows or cancellations after 24 hours with certain exceptions such as, extreme personal emergencies & proof of a positive COVID-19 test. If you are sick with a virus or contagious illness you may reach out for a rate reduction of 50% per session cost agreed upon at booking.
This practice respects and follows HIPAA guidelines and requests consent permissions from each client when releasing information.
Please notify your practitioner of any medical information necessary to ensure your safety such as, previous surgeries, implants, chronic injury, previous injuries, allergies, disabilities, access needs, and trauma history. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
Due to COVID-19 certain protocols have been implemented both by the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and by the practitioner. These safety protocols will be communicated about via the massage therapist upon booking.
Session payments are collected at the end of each session. A card is requested upon booking in office sessions and you may utilize the card on file or another card at the time of payment. All major cards accepted, HSA/FSA approved transactions via card, personal check, and cash.

A deposit of $75 will be received at the time of initial booking for first in home session via one of the payment methods above. The deposit is only returnable in the event of a cancellation/reschedule request prior to 24 hours of the session. No deposits returned after cancellation/reschedule request after 24 hours prior to session time agreed upon.
All four session package purchases are final and valid for a year after purchase.
Gift certificates are redeemable in person & are valid for a year. All purchases final.
If you are uncomfortable at any point prior, during, or post massage please utilize your autonomy to verbalize your discomfort to your massage therapist. Your comfort is the most important aspect to your healing process.
A verbal intake will take place prior to each session wherein the massage therapist will inquire about physical discomfort and irregularities specific to muscular support. It is the responsibility of each client to disclose as much information as is comfortable to receive the most effective session possible.
